About me

Hi,
I'm Micaela.

I created PULSAR after questioning how I wanted to live and what I wanted to build — and realising that asking those questions, however uncomfortable, became the starting point for a lot of the changes that came after.

Today, I work with founders who need to organise their ideas, define priorities and create a sustainable business structure that works for them. My approach comes from practice — from seeing how businesses actually operate when there's limited time, difficult decisions and too many things happening at once.

Most of my work happens behind the scenes: organising priorities and turning ideas into something concrete over time. I work closely with founders who are navigating a lot at once, helping them focus on what matters most and define actionable steps to support the business they want to build.
